The Platform is intended for business use only and for users aged 18 or older.

3. Accounts Covered

The Platform is designed for business accounts only.

Users may connect only social media accounts, pages, or profiles that they own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to administer.

The Platform is not intended to access, monitor, or analyze competitor accounts or any third-party accounts without authorization.

4. Data We Collect

When a user connects a supported social media account, we may collect and process only the categories of data necessary to provide the service, including:

  • account or page insights
  • post insights
  • reels insights
  • media lists
  • media thumbnails
  • media URLs
  • copies of media files where required for service functionality
  • basic account identification and connection data necessary to establish and maintain the authorized platform connection
  • access tokens and authentication data, stored using appropriate security measures such as encryption

We do not retain raw insights datasets as a standalone analytics archive. The Platform primarily provides analysis previews, operational outputs, and related marketing support on the go.

5. How We Use Data

We use data to:

  • authenticate and maintain authorized connections to supported social media platforms
  • retrieve performance information for connected accounts
  • generate analytics views, summaries, and strategic guidance for marketing teams
  • display or process connected media content where needed to support the service
  • maintain service security, integrity, troubleshooting, and compliance

6. Legal Basis

Where applicable under data protection law, we process data on one or more of the following bases:

  • performance of a contract
  • legitimate interests in providing and securing the Platform for our business clients
  • compliance with legal obligations
  • user authorization granted through the relevant social media platform connection flow

7. Storage and Retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

  • Access tokens: retained until expiration, disconnection, or earlier revocation
  • Stored media content and related content assets: retained for up to 90 days
  • Deletion requests: processed and completed within up to 90 days

If a user disconnects a social media account, related access tokens will no longer be used. Limited stored media content or related outputs may remain for the applicable retention period unless earlier deletion is requested.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data only as necessary with service providers and infrastructure providers that support the operation, hosting, storage, security, and delivery of the Platform, subject to appropriate contractual and security measures.

We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights and the security of the Platform.

9. International Processing

Depending on the technical setup of a client deployment, data may be processed in countries other than the user's country of residence. Where required, The Big Company implements appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. This includes security controls appropriate to access tokens and connected platform data.

No method of storage or transmission is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
