Data Deletion Instructions

1. Who May Request Deletion

A deletion request may be submitted by a user who has connected a supported social media account to the Platform, or by an authorized representative of the relevant client organization.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

Please include enough information for us to identify your request, such as:

• your name
• your company name
• the email address associated with the relevant account or deployment
• the social media platform connected
• a clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your data

3. What We Delete

Following a valid deletion request, The Big Company will delete or permanently de-identify, as applicable:

• stored access tokens
• stored media thumbnails
• stored media URLs
• stored media files or copies retained by the Platform
• related connected account content retained by the Platform

The Platform does not retain raw insights datasets as a permanent archive.

4. Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within 90 days of verification of the request.

In some cases, limited retention may be required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons. Where that applies, the retained data will be limited to what is necessary.

5. Disconnecting a Social Media Account

If you disconnect a connected social media account, related access tokens will no longer be used. Limited stored media content or related outputs may remain for the applicable retention period unless a deletion request is submitted earlier.

6. Third-Party Platforms

If you want to revoke access through the social media platform directly, you may also remove the app or connected authorization from your relevant social media account settings. That action may stop future access, but it may not by itself delete data already retained by The Big Company. For full deletion, contact us directly at contact@thebigcompany.ai.
