2. Service Description

The Big Company Social AI Analytics Platform is a business solution used to support marketing analysis and strategy through authorized access to connected social media accounts and related content.

The Platform may be deployed in a private, client-specific environment, but these Terms apply generally to use of the Platform.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and only in connection with social media accounts that you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to administer.

You must not:

• connect accounts without authorization
• use the Platform to access, monitor, or analyze unauthorized third-party accounts
• misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform
• attempt to bypass security, authentication, or access controls
• use the Platform in violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules

5. Account Connections

The Platform may require you to connect business social media accounts through third-party authorization flows.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect and use those accounts.

The Big Company may rely on the permissions granted through those connection flows to provide the service.

6. Data and Content

You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and authorization status of the accounts, data, media, and content made available through your use of the Platform.

The Platform may process insights, media lists, thumbnails, media URLs, and copies of media files where required for service functionality.

The Platform is not intended as a permanent archive of raw social media insights.

7. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Platform at any time, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for using the Platform in a secure manner.

The Big Company applies reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from all vulnerabilities, interruptions, or unauthorized access.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may interoperate with Meta and other social media platforms, as well as infrastructure or technical service providers.

Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. The Big Company is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, workflows, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to The Big Company unless otherwise stated.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that:

• these Terms have been violated
• an account connection is unauthorized
• use of the Platform creates legal, security, or operational risk

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform provides analytics support and operational assistance. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Big Company does not guarantee specific business, marketing, or performance outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Big Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
